Return Policy & International Orders


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Cockpit USA purchase. We honor exchanges and refunds for purchases from Cockpit USA only, for a period of 30 days from date of delivery as long as all tags are on the products and they are not worn or damaged.

Once the form is filled out and processed by our team, the customer will be emailed authorization forms to add to their package. Please note that the customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping charges both to and from Cockpit USA.

We do not refund shipping & handling charges. Refunds and exchanges can take up to two weeks to process.

 

Final Sale items are not eligible for refund. 

 

For international returns, please make the attention to “(AGR) AMERICAN GOODS RETURNING TO COCKPIT USA” and use HTS code 9801.00.10 so that your package does not incur duties.

 

We cannot be responsible for any duties and taxes levied on merchandise and/or any returns or exchanges held in Customs. If making an exchange, please include the correct shipping & handling with your returned goods. ANY IMPORT FEES ACCRUED TO COCKPIT USA DUE TO MISLABELING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND/CHARGED TO YOU.

 

 

Our international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL depending on customers’ choice. All orders over $2,000 qualify for free shipping.

 

International customers are responsible for all duties, brokerage fees, and taxes on their order. If customer refuses a package, Cockpit USA will be liable to cover duties and fees refused by the customer. Under this scenario, Cockpit USA will deduct these fees from the order's refund.

 

Note: Shipping charges do not include duties, brokerage fees, and/or taxes on international orders. International customers should contact their Customs for an estimate on their country’s duty, brokerage fees, and taxes. For an estimate on VAT & Taxes you can click "HERE" Please keep in mind that these are estimates and could be subject to change once package arrives at country of destination.
