Please note in order for us to ship your order we will need a front and back image of the credit card being used to be faxed or mailed to Cockpit USA. This is a security measure taken for all orders being shipped overseas. The copies must be clear and legible. You may fax to attention: mail order at 212-575-1636 or mail to Cockpit USA, Attention: Mail Order, 15 West 39th Street,12th Floor, New York, NY 10018. You may also e-mail the information as an attachment to stanleys@Cockpitusa.com. Please reference your order number. We will also need a copy of a government issued identification os a copy of a bill which proves your billing address. The shipping for overseas orders is 25% of the merchandise total plus $20.00 for handling in USD.
Please note your package will be subject to duties and taxes levied by customs once it arrives. Cockpit USA, is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the shipping and handling. Your order will be shipped by UPS or whatever carrie we feel is best for the country to which the package is sent.. Your prompt attention will be appreciated.
